Guest guest
A quick question. With all this talk about eating RAW and healthy, I was wondering do any of you ever eat out? Me I want to eat RAW and healthy, but I do not want to transition into a Vegan or vegitarian. I like meat, but only want to stick with fish and free-range poultry. What are some places where I can eat out, but stay healthy? I also live in Marietta, GA which is in the Atlanta area, so anyone knows any places over there that would be great, if not then just letting me know of ANY place would be great too, then maybe i could find a location where I live. Thanks guys and gals.
Guest guest
Life Cafe is in Marietta and has a excellent menu. It is a Living Foods menu. There is also a place in Roswell called Sprouts Cafe. I will send you the links to them. Bruce The New with improved product search

Guest guest
A quick answer, I never refuse hospitality and usually respond. I also eat before I go out then fiddle around with the thing the restaurant calls a salad. People usually find that quaint but ok. When I go out to eat, I let the waiter know that I'm on a restricted diet of raw fruits and vegetables, and ask them to ask the chef to throw something together for me. I've always been accomodated, and so far I haven't been disappointed! Bridgitte
Guest guest
Perfect. And don't forget to add, " Tell him to be as creative as he'd like. " You'll marvel at what comes out of the kitchen then.
