Guest guest
Hello In making my rejuvelac I use the method found on the web by Creative Health-- after soaking and sprouting for 48+ hours I will then grind (slightly) the seeds in my blender-then soak for another 48 hours. Seems to work ok so far. Is this a suitable method? Any better suggestions? Also- can one drink too much? I will slowly sip about 1.5 litres in the evening while reading or watching TV. Again-so far no problems. Wheatgrass juice- and idea given to me by my local 'green grocer'-- put the newly made juice in ice trays and freeze-then thaw to room temp. when ready to drink. I have found that cleaning the juicer after making only 20-30 ml a nuisance. Does freezing destroy the properties? This is my first post so patience please!! Many thanks George
Guest guest
You are doing a good job on making rejuvalac. Though you can drink too much as this produces gas. So drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces in water, then take 1/2 the water you should be drinking and replace it with rejuvalac. Example 150 pound person needs 75oz water, so they would drink 37 oz water and 37 oz rejuvalac. Wheatgrass: Any processing is not ideal, yet it is better then processed green drinks and no green drinks at all. Wheatgrass is very beneficial any way you can get it. Guest guest
Before using rejuvalac you should read this article written by Brian Clement. Brian was involved with Ann Wigmore, and is the director of Hippocrates Health Institute, located in West Palm Beach, Florida, and author of Living Foods For Optimum Health. If you have heard of rejuvalac it came from Ann Wigmore and Brian Clement. http://www.living-foods.com/articles/clement1.html Doug. rawfood , " abrs " <abrs@l...> wrote: > You are doing a good job on making rejuvalac.
