Rufus and Bruce,

Thanks so much for the advice...and the incredible story!

The pain is actually a bit better tonight than it was this morning. I

did start soaking my foot in warm water and stopped using the ice packs

and that actually seemed to make it feel better. I will try the cabbage

leave tomorrow, when I can get to the store....I absolutely love kale

and all juiced and raw greens so that is a happy prescription. I have

hope now that I will have the capability to hobble gracefully through

the airport in 10 days and not have to cancel the trip.

Thanks again,

Stephanie

After my bunion surgery, I was put on anti-inflamatory for 5 days. Since I

wasn't 100% raw at the time, I went along with it. But since I was a

minimum of 80% raw, and trying to detoxify, I didn't take any medications at

all after those mandatory 5 days. Prior to my surgery, I started taking

Accident-Rescue homeopathic remedy. I took this for pain and inflamation

every 15 minutes or so (when I remembered) the first few days. After that,

I just took several times a day. I never took any pain pills or Tylenol.

This was my second bunion surgery, and I saw a dramatic improvement over the

first one last year. I think my new vegan/80% plus diet really helped with

my healing.

I am new at this computor stuff and groups on , I have used comfrey leaves

I grow, on bruises and then I found out the military used comfrey poltices on

broken bones and altypes of injuries,

I am not graceful and am always getting brusies if i put squished comfrey on the

big brusies it takes the swelling down really fast and I have also read that

charchol or comfrey have been tested in the labs and they have found cancer

cells on the poltices used that were put on top of the stomach were the cancer

was, I thought that was pritty incredible

Could you reply to this msg. just a line saying i got it so I will know if I am
