Guest guest
Roger, I did get the book Eat to Live. Wow, it is by far one of the better books. Thanks again, Bruce Roger Haeske <roger wrote:Hi Bruce, I agree with you. It would seem telling people that they are wrong would just be a factual matter. The problem is with people's ego's. I know I can feel offended if someone tells me I am wrong. But if they tell me I am wrong using different words then I may not get as offended. Do you see what I just did Bruce? In a nice way, I disagreed with you. But I didn't say that you were wrong. As far as the minerals in water, the body does absorb some of those minerals. But it does absorb minerals better in organic form. I am not an expert on it, but I have read many viewpoints for and against this concept. I would not however try to get my minerals from water. I don't drink too much anyway. I believe that overall it would be too toxic. The point is that I don't believe this is such a black and white issue. Guest guest
Kay, Here is another. You have just made three good moves in a row. 1. You have hooked up - congratulations 2. You have joined this forum - we believe that was an even better move 3. You have bought eat to Live which is the best medical defence I have read for eating raw food. Dr. Fuhrman give sound medical reasons for all that he says. Oddly he is not 100% raw foodist. With his book and Raw Secrets by Frederic Patenaude you should be well set up and be able to take your life through a transformation if are coming form a traditional cooked food background. Welcome aboard! Peter kay watts [jjkfox2003] 31 October 2003 16:35 rawfood RE: [Raw Food] Re: Eat to Live (Roger) Why is Eat to Live a good book?
