Guest guest
When we buy dried fruits, such as pruines, chances are they have been dried at temperatures well over 118 degrees, thus are " cooked. " I have been searching for a source of sun-dried organic prunes but haven't found one. Does anyone know where to get some? Guest guest
Thanks, Alex. I don't know about Glaser Farms, but Jaffe Bros. does NOT carry RAW prunes. They once claimed they had sun-dried prunes, and I ordered them, but when the prunes arrived the label didn't say anything about sun-dried. I then called the company to ask, and they said they had no idea whether the prines were sun-dried or not. They refused to pay for shipping when I asked to return them. I would not deal with Jaffe again after that.
