Guest guest
You must make them, you can't buy them. Get a recipe, or just blend some of the salad you are eating and pour it over it. Bernadette
Guest guest
Get one of those little personal blenders. GREAT for salad dressings. Put whatever you want in there. > i am cutting out most seeds and fats. A no-fat diet is a bad idea, by the way. They don't call 'em " essential fatty acids " fer nuthin. Guest guest
Dressings: With fat: 1. Olive oil + herbs (oregan + thyme + basil) 2. Avocado mashed with grated onion + coriander seeds No fat: 1. Lime juice + grated garlic (goes well with dandelion, endives, aurugula/rocket) 2. Grapefruit juice + fresh or dried mint (combine with escarole, endive salads) 3. Make your own by blending some combinations. Example: Red pepper blended with hot peppers and garlic and lemmon juice. Be happy. w PS: I wouldn't be affraid of fats; maybe you want to cut them a little, but I never would them be below 15% of caloric percentage of diet. 15-20% seems to me a good goal.
