stay away from soy!

and read about why high proteins are not right for humans. we only

need 20 to 30 grams per day ... beans, nuts, meat, dairy, and grains

are all too high in proteins. human brreast milk is only 2 in the

begining then 1%.

we are fruitarians. we only need high greens when we are detoxing from

years of cooked foods and chemicals. to make acid alkaline.. because

greens and yellows are too high in vit a which is toxic to humans if

taken in large doeses.

Bryan,

Your articles were an excellent read. They reflect my thinking in many

particulars.

The only conflict I find which is supported by your documents is

proposition that " We are fruitarians " .

If I ate 100% fruit I would get viscous pain on the stomach and liquid

feces. That 24% percent folio is necessary but that still leaves me

with one fruit meal and two " veg " meals. However the two " veg " meals

have a lot of low sugar fruits such as peppers, courgettes, tomatoes

etc.

Good reading

Peter

oh no, i am not saying we should only eat fruits, but excessive greens

after detox can make oyu sick from oding on certain vitamines like

vitamine a. i think 65% fruit, 35% veggies, 5% seeds (alkaline only)

is the way to go for optimal healthy.

i side with dr graham. you must eat a lot of fruit for the bulk of

your calories. calorie dense foods lack water, and water is needed for

our body to convert the sugars to glucous, and to help our acid cell

waste.

high fat is a death sentance, raw or not. a blood saturated in fat

slows down oxygene and the transfer of nutrients. and the body mopping

up to cleean off fat is as difficult as you cleaning it off pots and

pans without soaps.. think about it. how saturating fats are..

i believe we seen in color to tell when fruits are bad, and to stay

away from oxydated fruits, monkeys do that as well.

but i definatly believe that fruit is our main food source. there is

one source of human energy, our body uses sugars, not proteins, not

fats, sugars. we need a little fat, and a little protein for

maintaining ourselves, but i do think it is more like the 8-1-1 that

dr. graham came up with..

Bryan,

Frederic Patenaude in Raw Secrets says that if you drop nuts you can

increase the fruit intake.
