Guest guest
Bryan, Your articles were an excellent read. They reflect my thinking in many particulars. The only conflict I find which is supported by your documents is proposition that " We are fruitarians " . If I ate 100% fruit I would get viscous pain on the stomach and liquid feces. That 24% percent folio is necessary but that still leaves me with one fruit meal and two " veg " meals. However the two " veg " meals have a lot of low sugar fruits such as peppers, courgettes, tomatoes etc. Good reading Peter Bryan Erickson [hexfix93] 10 November 2003 02:24 rawfood [Raw Food] pro vegan propaganda! go veg! http://www.vegan-straight-edge.org.uk/taxonomy.htm http://www.vegan-straight-edge.org.uk/soyfood.htm http://www.vegan-straight-edge.org.uk/instinct.htm http://venus.nildram.co.uk/veganmc/sciarg.htm stay away from soy! and read about why high proteins are not right for humans. we only need 20 to 30 grams per day ... beans, nuts, meat, dairy, and grains are all too high in proteins. human brreast milk is only 2 in the begining then 1%. we are fruitarians. we only need high greens when we are detoxing from years of cooked foods and chemicals. to make acid alkaline.. because greens and yellows are too high in vit a which is toxic to humans if taken in large doeses.
