Guest guest
Roger, I know what you think about raw lifestyle because I " know " every square of your site... I agree with you. I really try to eat more " natural " than a large amount of raw foodists... I try to figure what the " human animal " would eat... It's for this I have not juicer, blender, dehydrator... I only open the fridge and eat some fruit, vegetables and nuts, or take two sardines, take their skin off and eat them. For me is natural eating. Yes, it's raw... but I don't bother asking me if this or that kind of dried fruit or brand of " sprouted and living " bread is raw or not... I never would find it in nature... When I was a child, I took truits by my own hands in the springs near my granfather's house, and ate their flesh just when I take the fishes out of the water... For me was natural... It's very probable raw vegan was healthier in a long term, at least nowadays when fish are contaminated and meat are a industrial product, but I don't consider a sin for a human being to eat some raw animal flesh... w rawfood , " Roger Haeske " <roger@s...> wrote: > Hi Peter, > > What a great name, Natural Foodist. > > Roger
Guest guest
As a mom of four I desire to desensitize my children by being a raw food gourmetist :-). I read that it takes many years before your taste buds gravitate to not desire the gourmet side of raw. Bernadette

Guest guest
Bernadette. That is misguided. The find the taste of any food you simply have to be hungry!
