I am looking for a way to get good quality

digestive enzymes supplement. I know there are

a lot out there, but I would like to find out

what the consumers like, not the folks who sell

them. Any input is much appreciated...and I

would like to know which is prefferable - powder

or vegecaps.

Thanks. Many musical blessings,

Glenn

-Hi Glenn:

I took vegecap enzymes and now take a brand by Ortho Molecular, called

Vascuzyme. It has pancreatin and thymus...so it's not vegetarian. Which I

prefer vegetarian but I'm taking the Enzymes to help with a health issue and I

had to make that decision.. It also has papain (100 mg) bromelain (75 mg)

rutin, trypsin, amylase, lipase, lysozyme, cellulase and alpha

chrymotrpain...so it's pretty loaded.

I don't understand why you would need an enzyme supplement if you are

eating raw. ~Wendy

Hi Glenn,

Here is some info on enzymes. I eat them with every meal. I

purchase from many different companies and stores. I try different

brands each month. I prefer the enzmes in powder form, but most

companies sell them in the veggie-capsules and they are easier to

travel with. I like enzymes by Cell Tech and Garden of Life, but they

can be expensive. Healthforce enzymes are high quality for a low

price. Udo's enzymes are great and are available in stores. You

should be able to find Garden of Life on sale at many different web

sites or stores. The companies I prefer are Garden of Life, Enzymes

International, Udo's, Healthforce, The Raw World, and Cell Tech.

From http://www.therawworld.com " These are the most efficient enzymes

on the market today. Everyone at The Raw World takes them and

strongly believe that they do a better job than other enzyme on the

market. ... "
