Guest guest
I've put all my favorite recipes onto my website, rawfoodwiki.org Others have submitted some recipes, too. If you add a recipe, you can search the site by ingredient, which I think is pretty cool. Courgettes are the British word for zucchini. Vanilla pods are just what they sound like: they can be found in health food stores, sometimes, and are fairly expensive. I bought my first one yesterday. Nori are sheets of seaweed used in sushi. Sometimes raw, usually cooked, from what I understand. I never heard of physalis. I tried to buy a kumquat yesterday, for a recipe by Shazzie, but I'm guessing they aren't in season here. Try my soups, at rawfoodwiki.org. My favorite is the tomato soup, with the celery soup coming in a very close second. They are only as delicious as the ingredients that you start with. Ripe, fresh, organic ingredients make delicious soup! On Tue, 18 Nov 2003, Lili wrote: > I'm surfing the internet for simple yet delicious vegan recipes. Guest guest
I'm surfing the internet for simple yet delicious vegan recipes. I think I've found a few but I'm not familar with some of the ingrediants. What are courgettes, vanilla pods, nori, physalis, and kumquats? Are these items only at health food stores and do they taste like any cooked foods?(so i'll have an idea what to expect) If anyone here has a favorite vegan recipe that is simple I'd love to hear about it. Lili p.s. What does it mean to have stoned medjool dates?

Guest guest
Hi Margie, I actually just found a few recipes on Shazzie's website which explains the needed translation for Courgettes. I wonder if they have a cooked and uncooked version of nori since I saw nori utilized in a recipe on a vegan site. I'll visit your site now...thanks for the fast reply and answers Margie. Guest guest
I can't wait to buy the book, I'll probably get it next month. I'm thinking of having my local library order her videos so I can borrow them also. Her transformation was great, what I noticed the most was the change in her eyes and how much younger she looks. I can't wait to share progress photos. Lili---
