Guest guest
ummm... good folks, they wrote the book, "sea vegetable gourmet cookbook and wildcrafter's guide. they taught me 'lots'. their products would be raw but let them know you want raw anyway. btw, i'm sold out of nori till next year. but there will be a woman wildcrafter from waldron island at the tonasket barter faire (http://www.barterfair.org/). if you don't find anything by then, maybe i can help you out. write me privately. tell them 'kelpguy' sent you. norm )~ "......Time is never wasted, listening to the trees, watchingbutterflies or enjoying the fragrance of wild flowers........" - Mark Hovila RawSeattle Monday, September 03, 2001 9:31 PM Re: [RawSeattle] nori Norm,Uh, which folks are those? Guest guest
To add to my reply... If you're shopping at a chain health food store like Whole Foods, they probably won't have raw nori. Your best bet is to order it online from a raw food source. Since I live in NYC and have access to raw stores, perhaps someone else can direct you to a good website.
