Guest guest
Hi Rufus, As far as I know, oils don't have any enzymes in them. Oils are refined and damaged foods no matter what the extraction process. Oils are also the highest calorie foods by weight. Better to grind up whole flax seeds and eat them instead of the oil. It's also much cheaper and tastier. Roger To Your Radiant Health and Happiness, Roger Haeske Have you tried the Raw Diet many times but failed to stick with it? Guest guest
Hi Rufus, Use a coffee grinder or a Vitamix to grind flax seeds. Mind you I don't think most people on a raw diet need to consume flax seeds. We get all the essential oils we need from fruits and vegetables including the omega 3's. Most health food stores sell flax seeds. You only need about To Your Radiant Health and Happiness, Roger Haeske Have you tried the Raw Diet many times but failed to stick with it? Guest guest
Sorry Rufus, Fat, such as olive oiL can be stored on your body within minutes, without costing the body any caloric price; it is just packed away (unchanged) on your hips and waist. If we biopsied your waist fat and looked at it under an electron microscope, we could actually see where the fat came from. It is stored there as pig fat, dairy fat, and olive oil fat - just as it was in the original food. It goes from your lips right to your hips. Actually, more fat from your last meal is deposited around your waist than on your hips, for both men and women.21 Analyzing these body-fat deposits is an accurate way for research. scientists to discern food intake over time.
