Guest guest
We have a distiller at home that we absolutely love. Not cheap, but worth every dime. I have a friend in Michigan that sells them (as a sideline) and he's very knowledgable...I could perhaps hook you two up? > I especially like the water distiller machine. Guest guest
Hi Wendy: Distilled water is the beginning, and now you can energize it. For every gallon [4.5 liters], add 20 drops liquid trace minerals. This will replentish those that are in short supply or non-existant in our food and water supply but are needed by the body. Minerals such as vanadium, chromium, selenium and zinc to name a few are in perfect spring water but are removed by the distillation process. Then to energize it, after adding the minerals, leave the container in sunlight for 4 hours. There are purists that will tell you that the mineral is of no value unless it's in the food that took it in, but empirical evidence shows that if you're short of these trace minerals and are showing symptoms of the shortage, straight supplemention rebalances the condition.. rusty - " wendy " <wendy <rawfood > Wednesday, November 19, 2003 7:51 PM [Raw Food] Distilled Bottled Water?(lili) > We have a distiller at home that we absolutely love. Guest guest
Lili I am assuming that you are eating a RAW food diet. I since joining the group have changed my diet to include more fruit. Why I bring this up is don’t forget that the best source of pure healthy water is from your fruit. So when looking at your fluid needs don’t forget to figure the water content of the food you are eating. You can actually hinder digestion by diluting your digestive enzymes. Water should be taken an hour after the meal or prior. I have heard Dr. Gram say that he has gone months without taking a drink of water. Just remember he is in prime condition and eats a lot of fruit with high water content. Have a good one, Bruce Free Pop-Up Blocker - Get it now
Guest guest
Another testimonial Since eating raw I have found I desire much less water. My food is providing the satisfying foods water I need. I used to get up many times during the night to go to the bathroom while drinking lots of water during the day but now I sleep through the whole night. I only drink water a few times during the day always between meals. ~~Sharyn rawfood , Bruce Reid <bwreid67> wrote: > > Lili I am assuming that you are eating a RAW food diet.
