Hello, my name is Megan. I've been a vegetarian for nearly 2-1/2

years now, but I've been interested in incorporating more raw foods

in my diet. I have a couple of questions.

 

1) Good books? Recipes? (I looked in the files section but didn't

see any recipes posted)

2) How is dehydrating not cooking food since it involves applying

heat to dry the vegetable or fruit?

3) Is sesame oil (not toasted oil) cooked in any way? (sesame oil

is one of my favorite condiments)
