Guest guest
Dry skin is often due to lack of essential fatty acids. Try adding some ground flax to your diet. It's massively high in EFA's. I supplemented with flax oil last year (a few tablespoons a day) and within days my skin was wonderful, my cuticles healed and my hair was shiny. Udo has a great book called " Fats that kill, fats that heal " (title may be reversed) which is an in depth study of good and bad oils. It was quite an eye opener. Cheers! Guest guest
Kimberly, It means you are not getting enough water, or essential fatty acids or perhaps your thyroid is low. The best thing to improve your uptake of essential fatty acids is to take Schisandra Berry tea. Bon apetite!
Guest guest
Kimberley, you've had great advice for the inside. Now let me tell you ~ Avocado oil is great for the skin. I have used this on my face after washing. Keep it in a dark bottle in a dark place. Dab on with cotton balls. You may feel that you look a bit 'green', but hey !~ what's new? hee hee.....No, just joshing you. It gives the skin a lovely soft feel, and is cheaper than most facial creams..... without the junk!
