B 12 & kombucha

It's my understanding that B-12 is produced in the large intestines,

but absorbed in the small intestines, so we do not gain the benefit

of the B-12 produced in our body (supposedly). I'd like to think our

body is inteligent enough to take advantage of the B-12 produced

within our body.

So, it still seems to me that there should be a way of " growing " some

B-12, such as in a fermented food. I was introduced to some bottled

raw Kombucha a couple days ago, available in health food stores. The

bottle lists nutrients on the bottle. It lists Vitamin b12 as 20%!!!

The universe offered me an answer! So, apparently growing kombucha

will result in some B-12.

Anyone know of other ways of growing B-12???

Thanks,

Jeff

I got a great, albeit long, article on b12 by Dr. Gabriel Cousens

today. If any of you are interested in reading it (it's way too long

to post) please email me privately and I'll forward it.
