Does anyone have an appropriate answer for my new critics who say,

" You'll never last without B12, iron, or Vitamin D "

I have the answer for Vitamin D...THE SUN(which I get a lot of)

But, what ARE the answers for B12 and Vitamin D?

Thx,

Denise

Spirulina provides analog B12, not the kind the body uses.

Green leafy vegetables like raw organic kale supply iron and also feed the

intestinal flora bifidis, which sythesizes b-12 in the GIT.

I was concerned about my B12, so had my MD check it for me. It was 4 times

the recommended minimum.

If I understand correctly, if you are eating truly Healthy, then your own

gut will produce it. It's only because of the overprocessed SAD that people

are B12 deficient. So stick to the diet and your body will take care of

itself. And if you're really concerned about it, then get your levels

tested.
