Guest guest
Spirulina provides analog B12, not the kind the body uses. http://www.veganhealth.org/b12/plant http://www.veganmd.org/talks/#nutrition On Wed, 21 Jan 2004, Mahendra Agarwal wrote: > Denise > i suggest take one or two tea spoon of spiriluna daily > which will give you you enough B12 and iron. > peace > mahendra > --- dostinex2001 <lightburden wrote: > > > > Does anyone have an appropriate answer for my new > > critics who say, > > > > " You'll never last without B12, iron, or Vitamin D " > > > > I have the answer for Vitamin D...THE SUN(which I > > get a lot of) > > > > But, what ARE the answers for B12 and Vitamin D? > > > > Thx, > > Denise > > > > > > > > > > > Hotjobs: Enter the " Signing Bonus " Sweepstakes > http://hotjobs.sweepstakes./signingbonus > > > >

Guest guest
I think if you eat organic lettuce that isn't rinsed you will get B12. ~Wendy
Guest guest
I was concerned about my B12, so had my MD check it for me. It was 4 times the recommended minimum. If I understand correctly, if you are eating truly Healthy, then your own gut will produce it. It's only because of the overprocessed SAD that people are B12 deficient. So stick to the diet and your body will take care of itself. And if you're really concerned about it, then get your levels tested. _______________ Add photos to your e-mail with MSN 8.
