Guest guest
Mary; I'm new to this group and have a couple of questions for you. I'm familiar with H/acres diet and don't see why it would make anyone's hair fall out. Also What is NeanderThin? Guest guest
Dear Myrna, Hello, I really do not know why our hair fell out, but as soon as we added a little meat back in to out diet we were alright. Neanderthin is hunting for meat, it has less fat, and still eating most veges raw and all fruits raw. MaryG http://greetings..au - Greetings Send your love online with Greetings - FREE! Guest guest
Maybe you diet did not include enough plant protein: except from (http://waltonfeed.com/self/beans.html) Soybeans not only contain the highest level of protein of any other bean, the amino acid balance in them is close enough to human needs that they can be considered a complete protein in and of themselves. They are an excellent source of iron, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and the B vitamins. Soybeans are the best source of lecithin which reduces cholesterol levels in the bloodstream. It is also a great source of the essential oil, linolenic acid and a good source of vitamin E. Soy has 36% protein ( http://waltonfeed.com/self/ntr7.html) Fermented Soy (miso and tempeh has B12) Sprouting the beans and seeds will give more nutrient ( http://waltonfeed.com/grain/sprtnutr.html ) and better disgestion (The beans are rather gases but spouting turns it into a vegetable. The wheatgrass will also have b12 since it has the element cobalt ( http://www.living-foods.com/articles/b12issue.html). Back to proteins: even the avocado have more than milk (http://www.alivemagazine.com/home/index.php?page_type=article & topic_id=144630 & s\ ite_id=24 & article_id=6181 & go_id=2 & take_id=6 ) Mary Goggin <dahlia859 wrote: Dear Myrna, Hello, I really do not know why our hair fell out, but as soon as we added a little meat back in to out diet we were alright. Guest guest
I'm not worried about protein. I read in a listing of foods that everything has at least a little protein in it. I'm sure that's enough for me. I only eat foods in their natural produce form and I've seen a soybean for sale that way. I assume they can't be sold unprocessed for some reason. It's ok to add meat if you need to, but I don't.
