Guest guest
I don't get depressed eating raw. I get disappointed because of some character defect that's trying to heal however. I'm in so much mental pain right now I can barely stand it.
Guest guest
Dear I wish strongly to reach you. You are not your thoughts nor your feelings. You are the divine energy and can never be compromised. Your escaping point from suffering is now. There is many books and teachers outthere to guide you, but the most effective is to guide your self by turning inwards. A very good place to start is Echart Tolles " the power of now " that gives simple directions on how to be in the now and stay, a very sweet person recomended it to me and its been a great tool. Another wonderful book is " Conversations with God " by Neale Donald Walch its a very liberating book especielly if you have fear shame or guilt. Only you can set you free, and when thats your highest wish,- there is plenty of help to get. Most people use, stimoulans, including food to deaden their feeling, when you stop that, mental and emotional detox begins. I hope you find peace and happiness. Guest guest
Jenny I know because I have done it and read the writings of others who have done it. I have read different articles on exercise, depression and the chemical balance of the body. Eating green leaves in the evening will produce better sleep and a bad idea is to eat fruit late at night. The evidence for my short lines is lengthy. Guest guest
I concur with Peter. My own experience and history was one of a circadia rhythmic disorder. My sleep pattern was all over the place and this disorder completely debilitated me. When I went raw it gradually changed. Now my sleep pattern follows the sun or light rhythm cycle. The presence of light and our response to it produces, in our brains, certain chemical cycles; and these cycles are intricately connected to our sleep patterns (they trigger wave cycles in the brain). One of the notable realizations I found during my transition was the value of having big green salads for my dinner. I actually sleep in a normal rhythmic pattern now and I attribute a great of the change for the better to these salads. Of course, as Peter states, exercise everyday is a penultimate facet to the " waking cycle " brain wave pattern; and having all wave patterns functioning at their optimal is what allows us optimal health. selah, tev Peter Gardiner <petergardiner wrote: Jenny I know because I have done it and read the writings of others who have done it. Freya loves all things that give pleasure, she indulges in love, romance and lovemaking - always walking in harmony and beauty. Her power brings men and women together to create new life, and she is the gentle goddess who ends life in order to perpetuate the circle of life with love and trust. According to Nordic myth she was also the Warrior Goddess who was hostess to fallen war heroes in her great hall. Freya represents passion: Passion in love, Passion in war, Passion for the things in life that bring us pure joy. She lets us be moved to tears with gratitude for what we see around us, her gifts are tenderness, grace, compassion, delight and laughter. If you are feeling that you are living your life without intention, stop for a while. Devote this Friday to her namesake, and spend at least a minute with your eyes closed, listening to your breathing. Notice every noise around you and every smell that comes your way. If you feel anxious, use a couple of drops Agrimony in Bach Flower Remedies. Savour them under your tongue as you mentally list 5 things you are grateful for. Build on this list to think about your passions - have you been ignoring them lately? Well, Friday is the day - get back to your passion, and get your passion back!
