Hi Everyone-

From my understanding, we're supposed to eat fruit early in the day, right??

Why is it that I always crave it, especially grapes, around 8 p.m.?

Thanks for your input.

I agree with Linda. Thats why I eat these daily

(nightly). I think that you will find these very

helpful. Check out the link and tell me what you

think.

I just need more sweets, fats and crunchy things as the day wears

on. It's probably just a temporary processing problem. I don't know

when the appropriate time for different raw foods would be, if there

really is an ideal time for any of them. I guess it could be that I

should eat fruit during the day, vegetables later and stop eating

around 6pm. Maybe I'll be up to that someday.

Rich,

The brain needs glucose which comes from fruit. Thus the best time for

fruit is the morning and better sleep comes from staying away from fruit

after dark. If you like strong dreams and run an active night life, then

some fresh nuts and more fruit could add zest.

I stop fruit eating around noon.

Have you lot tried dramatically increasing your intake of Omega 3

oils?

Found in linseed for one...

Aparantly makes the brain more pliant and healthy... trials on some

mental illnesses found them decrease and or completely vanish

when 'sufficient' omega 3 oils were given in the diet.

Makes one think...

erm...uhum <g>

but try it anyway, give it a three months trial and see if THAT

makes more of a difference than the fruit/vegetable divide.

Just because the brain is waking up in the morning, I don't see the

connection that fruit is all that more important early. I believe

all the nutrients, glucose, etc., are utilized by the body in a

stored, needed way and the " when " the body gets these elements is of

little significance.

Dreams are just a clearing place for repressed emotion, they can be

healing or rehashing the same problem that someone's not resolving.

Flaxseed oil is probably one of the best sources, you can get it in the

refrigerated section of the health food store,
