The show is on the Science Fiction network on cable, and David's name on the

show is Avocado! (On my cable system (comcast) the Sci Fi network is channel

67.)

9 p.m. Thursday!

I'm curious to see what it's about.

Let me know what you think of it.

Hi Rich: What do you do to keep the Omege 3, Omega 6 in balance?

As avacados are heavy in 6 and 6 displaces 3 if it overbalances,

With out eating fish or flax oil, how do you keep the Omega 3 content up?

Raw food spokesperson and author David Wolfe apparently is on

tonight's new reality tv show " Mad Mad House " . How about

that? The other cast members don't interest me but I'll tune

in just to see Dave.

Even though he's likely to be portrayed as a mad tree climbing

raw food eating nudist he could be the sanest among the cast. Good

for him for landing the gig. He may be the next " health nut "

poster child.

Perhaps his role will attract a flurry of new members to the group.

Let's see. We're at 915 members now.

Too bad the show is on the same time as " The Apprentice " .

I don't know much about the scientific end of things, Omegas, B-12,

enzymes, etc. and I'm not much concerned about them. I'm confident

that I'm meant to eat a simple plant food diet and as long as I feel

good and healthy, I'll just go on with it.

How do you keep up with the moderating, Orion? And what are you

going to do if this site grows too large?

I flipped back and forth between The Apprentice and Mad Mad House. Mad House

was kind of stupid. Maybe this will launch a career for David as a movie

actor.

Actually, just from reading their bois on the sci-fi Channel web site.

They all seem pretty sane, they just have very strong belief systems

that don't fit in two " normal " everyday society. I have a lot of respect

for people like that (willing to defy society to live how they want to

live).

Sort of a " stop the world, I want to get off mentality. " And what's

normal today probably won't be in the future as man grows.
