Guest guest
Ronald and Elaine thank you for posting these recipes. They are simple, quick, and I recognize the ingrediants. LOL I am especially anxious to try the mock tuna and avocado burritos. Sunyatta my sister, are the recipes for forbidden rice and tomato bisque recipes meals you've actually tried or are they cut and pasted from the internet? I came across the exact same recipes while searching for ideas yesterday. Personal favorite's suggested by others are so much better. I want to know what you eat and prepare personally my sister. -Brian , R Fells <n3vpu> wrote: > > Hello Brian, > > These recipes are sure to help you and anyone else on their way to raw alternatives. > > 1. Guest guest
Greetings Brian, The recipes I posted are ones my husband and I created up ourselves in our kitchen so I’m not sure where you came across “the exact same recipes” that are raw. They are not cut and pasted from the internet but thanks for asking anyway. J We use them all the time and love them. We did these for our last raw class and they are 2 of our favorites. And company we may have over as well. Many of the others (pizza, pie) use a dehydrator and food processor. I wanted to give you at least a couple to try that were not too complicated. When I have more time, I will contribute some more recipes for the group’s folder (as we spoke of earlier). I have a new baby and it’s a handful but I thought in a spare moment I had, I’d put a couple of our usuals out there for you. Be well, ~Sunyatta Brian Williams [brian_williams_90210] Friday, November 21, 2003 11:10 AM Re: Recipes{{Thank You All}} Ronald and Elaine thank you for posting these recipes.
