Thanks. I ordered the book online.

Sunyatta, I tried the Jamaican Ginger dressing. I added some (raw) nut butter that David (my husband) made with the green star and a little orange and lemon. I had substitute celery for celery seeds. I blended it up and it was super yummy.

I really appreciate being in touch with everyone.

Peace

Hi again,

Thanks for the reference to Raw Kids book. I actually have this book and

several others. Might we be able to do a book lending on this list? I'm

happy to lend books out provided they come back and would love to borrow

others. Same for videos and/or CDs. I find that this lifestyle can tend

to get very costy and we would do a lot for one another if we could ve

supportive in this way...

Regards,

Linda

Greetings Linda,

I was just looking for my Raw Kids book to

lend to Pam when your note came through. But I think I already lent it to

someone. Can’t remember who. J

We love lending out materials as well. So

if anyone has any requests feel free to e-mail off list (so as not to clog the

server).

I will say though that there are some

books and videos that are worth having your own copy on hand (for food prep and

such). For example, Dr. Gabe Cousens has a really nice new video with food prep

(they even do a braided challah bread!). The video is the compliment to his new

book ‘Rainbow Green Live Food Cuisine’.

Be well,

~Sunyatta

The Eating Without Heating by the Buetenko cccchildren has wonderful simple recipe's . I've been to several different workshops by various live foodist and have found the Buetenko's approach to be real simple and doable w/out a lot of tools or appliances needed. Of course we can just pick up a fruit and eat it.
