Speeds up the cleansing and also increses the number winks you accumilate each day, lol.. I have a pretty intense work schedule but still will do have of the 21days as juice and we'll se after 11days. Please make sure you have green juices, young coconuts in the morning and fruit juices . Your gonna shine like the star you are.
