Guest guest
Thank you, Dr. Sunyatta, for the tasty treat of listening to your show today. I can't wait for you to send us the scrumptious recipes Aris described. Does he have a book? Can you include directions for the proper way to soak nuts (my husband is concerned that soaking nuts at room temp. for 10 hours will cause bacteria... should I refridgerate??). Thank you, eat well! Guest guest
I keep missing the radio show and wondered if there is a way I can listen to it after it's done? Thanks. Guest guest
Hey Guys, I immediately went home to make the Live Corn Beef. My nuts were not ready so I used walnuts instead, and followed the rest of the recipe as given. I added Worcestershire sauce, instead of soy. Next week I will do it again with the almonds. Well, I ate some before putting it in the dehydrator where it is now. The mixture is gooood ....now tune in tomorrow for the coming out of dehydration. I made it into a large loaf. The beets give it the effect to look like corned beef, pulsing gives it the texture. Who else has started to make it ? Lynda
Guest guest
Elaine, I believe soaking should be done in a room. In warmer weather the soaking time maybe less; and I would suggest more rinsing. Place the seeds or nuts in the refrigerator to stop the process. Guest guest
Greetings: I must second that statement. I'm into day 5 of of the Master Cleanser (no foods at all) and after listening to the show today I wanted to just snap my fingers and be in Jamaica with Aris! I won't be eating live again until near Mother's Day. Wish me luck! Now for the soaking, all of my research has mentioned both refrigeration and room temps. I prefer room temp as long as it's not near direct heat. Haven't yet experienced any growth of bacteria or rancidity. Also, I believe that refrigeration further inhibits the process. I could be wrong. Can anyone add more to this? Good Health to You Elaine , " acnadler " <acnadler> wrote: > Thank you, Dr. Sunyatta, for the tasty treat of listening to your > show today. Guest guest
Dr. Sunyatta, I can't get your program on the radio where I work. Do you sell tapes of the shows?
