Guest guest
Mark, The Jay Kordich's, " Juiceman's Power of Juicing " has a little book that's loaded with simple juice recipes. Whether you're looking for vege or fruit juices, it's packed. It's only 4.95 in most health food stores. Also Dr. Norman Walker's " Fresh Vegetable and Fruit Juices: What's Missing in your Body?. " Elaine , blakenson@a... wrote: > Hello family I'm intertested in some juicing recipes to add some variety to my juicing for the next twelve days. > thanks, > Mark

Walker You're welcome to borrow them. However, if you're really looking for tried and true recipes that people have enjoyed, I haven't done enough to be of much help, except for one that I just remembered. This was my favorite morning drink. It was all citrus. It's been a while, but I think I would combine 3 oranges, 2 tangerines, 1 grapefruit, and half a lemon. YUUMMMY! THE best citrus drink I've ever had. The synergy of flavors takes the humble citrus fruit to another level. Peace
Guest guest
That is so funny about the citrus thing Wanda, cause I love it in the AM too, but my favorite combo is 1 grapefruit & 3 tangerines. Yum! Guest guest
Mark, Here are a couple of my favorites: 1.) One lemon, either half or 1 quarter pineapple, and 1 stalk of celery. Now, to get the maximum benefits, I will sometimes peel the rind off the lemon and leave the white part on and toss into the blender with all the rest of the ingredients. Sometimes I'll strain it and sometimes I don't. Just be sure to remove the seeds from the lemon! 2.) Juice half of a cucumber (skin still on), a couple of slices of beet (more if you can handle it), an apple or two. The taste kinda reminds of me of watermelon juice in a way...very cool and refreshing. Cherie
Guest guest
Thanks to all for the recipes and resources. I'm going to do just coco (as my son calls) water and wheat grass for the last 5days w/ a lighter work load in case the energy is not there. peace, Mark
