Guest guest
Hi Elaine, You told David and I about a great recipe you have for mustard. I just bought whole mustard seeds. If you happen to know the recipe I'd be greatful if I could try it out. Thanks, Pam
Guest guest
Hi Pam, Here is the recipe for Mustard taken from Annette Larkins' " Journey to Health 2 " book. When you get a chance go to her website www.annettelarkins.com and consider ordering both books " Journey to Health and Journey to Health 2 " at only $4.95 each. Good reading about her success with live foods and great recipes. Grind 2 cups mustard seeds; add enough vinegar to make a paste. Cover jar or container with cheesecloth and allow to develop in a dark area for two weeks. Enjoy!
