My wife and I are considering starting a co-op. So, if you are interested please reply promptly. We will be ordering produce in bulk for Live & Direct Cuisine and considering co-oping with some other families to split bulk produce. Our plan is to buy produce in bulk, split the cases and distribute the produce to people who ordered food. The prices at this level are considerably cheaper (organic or conventional) and we have the opportunity to build a community. So please write back if you are interested.
