Guest guest
Thank you family for the plethora of knowledge and information you provide on this chat group. My first question concerns coconuts. If anyone can explain or can direct me to a book that explains how to prepare the coconuts I'd be greatful. There are lots of recipes but I'm not sure if I should soak them, grate them or prepare them in any way before putting them in a blender or food processor. Regarding MIso: I've found a yummy recipe in Julie Rodwell's "The Complete Book of Raw Foods" called Miso Mayonaise. It is very simple: 1 cup of olive oil (I also use flax oil) 4 cloves of garlic 4 large dates 3 tablespoons of light Miso 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar Place in blender or food processor. Since Miso is a fermented product it is considered raw am I correct? I understand this may not be the best recipe for those on the liver cleanse. In fact, I was all set to start the cleanse but I haven't yet replaced the metal fillings in my mouth and the instructions that Matt sent suggested waiting until all metals were removed from the body. Anyway, Thank you again family for all of your support and encouragement as together we cleanse and rejuvinate our bodies, minds and spirits. Guest guest
Pam, You can do the liver cleanse now. You don’t have to wait to remove all mercury from your mouth. Of course, it would be ideal to do a parasite cleanse, kidney cleanse, remove the metals, etc. before doing a liver cleanse, but that is what is recommended, not required. I did my 2nd flush last week and I still have mercury fillings and I didn’t do any of the other cleanses and still got a couple of hundred stones out of my liver. I’m planning on doing my 3rd this upcoming week. Guest guest
What is used to replace the mercury? Do you know of a dentist that has this awareness? - Matthew A. Guest guest
The one theory I have heard is that it is better to leave them in as removing them can stir up more trouble. The rule of thumb that I have seen is to leave them alone unless they are falling out or you are having trouble with them. If you need to have some replaced, then replace them with something other than mercury. I think few dentist use mercury now, but I could be mistaken and lucky. Of the 2 different dentists whom I have visited in the last 10 years, neither uses mercury. It is a white porcelain maybe?
