Guest guest
Good morning Raw Soul: I've been doing salt flushes on my fast. Nothing, nada, nothing has come out the past few days...my stomach is bubbling so much that I'm very concerned about not being close to the bathroom (smile)... but I have to work... If I had any thoughts about occasionally eating tofu, or perhaps doing 80% raw, this definitely helps me make up my mind. I'll be doing raw for a long time. Any suggestions about how to move the "flush" out? I did an enema too, which did not bring me peace. The other day I asked about the rawness of my mouth...I have included celery and cucumber juice lately, my mouth is better...Thanks, Ashtarra Namaska7 Jul 22, 2004 12:22 AM Re: flushes Sunra, avoid sugars & grains. Guest guest
Ashtarra, I read in the curezone archives something about flushes that didn’t work or nothing came out. If you go to the site and click on flushes then go into their chat stuff, you should be able to find conversation that addressed that problem. I can’t remember the details of what I read, just remember some people who had a similar experience. It seems like I remember reading that different people are successful with different flushes. Generally the same one works for many, but sometimes one may not work for someone, yet something else does…..that is the jist of what I remember. Guest guest
I just went to curezone, some people who had trouble (no stones) found success with apples/apple juice prior to the flush. Guest guest
Ashtarra, Are you doing the Epsom salt flush? If so something should be happening especially if you followed the recipe for the liver flush. ashtarra brissette [arcadiapress] Thursday, July 22, 2004 1:40 PM RE: Re: The Flush that didn't Flush Hi /Bev: I have been fasting, working on my colon...in preparation for the liver flushes...Thanks for your suggestion...I'll go to Curezone and try some apple juice...Ashtarra Beverly Coose Jul 22, 2004 1:35 PM RE: Re: The Flush that didn't Flush Ashtarra, I read in the curezone archives something about flushes that didn’t work or nothing came out.
