That article has upset so many people; that were in the process of growing healthy and spiritual.( we certainly had enough going against us) It is quite upsetting.I'm sure different people have different experiences . However I was healed from diabetes and asthma. I know of people now free from cancer. I have lost weight and gained weight too eating live foods. I think the most important factor is that for once I am healthy and have loads of energy. At my age I am healthier now than I was 18 years ago, when I gave birth to my son. Incidentally when I changed my son's diet he too gained health. Today he is not raw but  vegetarian .By simply adding greens , flax oil, and kale to his diet he no longer needs to be hospitalized throughout the year.

     It might be okay to add raw goat products to your diet if your following the essence way of life. Yet there is such a connection with the spiritual side of living when you embrace 100% live diet. Everyone should have the experience. Please think for your selves and eat more raw. I am sure you are in for a life full of Blessings.
