Guest guest
Blessing Raw Family, Not too long ago ,I put out a request for those folks on the live food path to engage in a little spirirtual wareness and developement. I didnot get a response . I believe spirituality goes hand and hand with the diet ! Perhaps no one had the time. So today I want to bring some spiritual enlightenment to you. Currently in Dc there is a Movie showing that has been showing on the West Coast for months " What The Bleep" It is currently showing at : The Loews 31117 K St NW. in DC and in New York in the Village Check out : www.whatthebleep.com

Guest guest
Ashtarra, yes, I certainly have food the diet to move me into a more spiritual place in my life. Also things just fall into place without a lot of effort. I seem to be in sink with the energy of the devine. It's as if we are one with spirit. Guest guest
Hello /Lynda...I was very interested in what you mentioned about discussing spirituality and living foods and how they go hand in hand, but perhaps we need some guidance from you Lynda. I wasn't quite sure where to go with it...let our hearts be our guides I suppose... Speaking for myself, I have to say that this has been a phenomenal year for me and I believe the food thing started it all. Last year, I tightened up on the diet and moved again to being complete vegan...This year the return to raw foods was central I think for my physical health, and then I started desiring to make sure I pray and meditate longer everyday. Most recently, I set aside some time at work so I could tune in, in the middle of the day. I have found that the children I do therapy with are saying some fascinating things about their dreams and what they understand to be true and I am not " saying " anything any different. All interesting to observe.... Anyway...I'll look for the film you spoke of...Ashtarra
Guest guest
We're back here again, lol. No getting around it. Can we be spirituely ecvolved in an uhealthy body or have a disease free body and regress spiritualy. Possible although inefficient and often omitts true happiness. A wonderful author Miguel ???? (wrote 4 agreements and Mastery of Love)said our purpose here is to create happiness for ourselves. Interesting how much we desire this and how much we find it wrong or impossible to have. On my evolution some self work and support from 12 step organizations opened up the possibility of abundance, including health. Then when I was re-introduced to vegetarian and then raw, I was willing to at least investigate. It so happens that raw works for me at this time and place. More important is me being open to other ideasand willing to experiment and have some fun w/it. " LIfe is too serious to take ourselves so serious " . I'd like to share something my dad would say to me that finally stuck. " If you want people to love you, you have to show them you " .Eventually we come to realize being love or light eliminates the need (imagined) to have others love or approve of us. peace and light, Mark
