Guest guest
Rejuvalac is not good for us. Of course that is up for debate but I will post the reasoning soon. Guest guest
I heard that also. I was told that the Ann Wigmore clinic discontinued its use because it was too acidic for our bodies, but I will call them to verify. Love, Zakhahre Anu <khepere wrote: Rejuvalac is not good for us. Guest guest
I just called the Ann Wigmore clinic and they do still use rejuvelac (and are annoyed that people keep asking that question.) However, everyone has to do what's right for their bodies. The Ann Wigmore philosophy grew out of a need to heal cancer patients. If you don't have cancer or a major health threat then you may need to adjust your raw diet according to what works best for your health situation. There's a lot of neurosis surrounding a lot of foods and remedies in the raw food movement because it is part of western culture to keep any positive live-giving movement divided and at odds with one another. The best advice? Do your homework and if it doesn't work for you, stop doing it. The goal of living the raw lifestyle is that it is God-centered and geared towards living forever. If not, then what are we doing it for? What's the point? A raw foodist who lives a happy life until they die at 90 years old and a cigarette-smoking-George-Burns type who dies at 90. The only difference is that the raw-foodist spent more time stressing over what they should eat. Do what allows you to serve the Creator and live forever. Guest guest
Zakha ~ point taken “A raw foodist who lives a happy life until they die at 90 years old and a cigarette-smoking-George-Burns type who dies at 90. The only difference is that the raw-foodist spent more time stressing over what they should eat.” Along those lines, Doug Graham said, “People who improve their diets often become very concerned about nutrition. This is usually unnecessary worry. The ones who should agonize about nutrition are the people who have not adopted dietary improvements.” Personally I like the questions/different insights….I agree, we are all different, different body chemistries. As long as we are following the natural path and listening to/responding to our own bodies needs, then we are farther ahead than the George Burns type for ourselves and our planet. Guest guest
Greeting , First and foremost, if you are on a live food diet, Rejuvalac is totally unnecessary. And if we really examine Rejuvalac that is a nice sounding term but what it really is, is SOUR WHEAT WATER that probably has bacteria in it from the fermentation process. And because of the bacteria from the Rejuvalac, it creates a toxic effect on the body. The body then goes into defense mode and the cleansing effect that many people claim to feel is the body rejecting the Rejuvalac. Also, what needs to be looked at is what kind of “treated” water is being used to soak the wheatberries. Hence, I say “treated” because all bottled water is treated with chemicals to prevent any sort of fungus or mold from happening. If you left live coconut water, fresh cucumber/watermelon juice or any live fresh fruit or vegetable juice, and even rainwater sitting for over a day or so, fungus, mold would quickly be the result. These bottled waters we think are safe are all treated with chemicals to prevent fungus/mold from happening. I have live in Africa for a long time and I also observed the people using several different types of fermented food and drinks. I observed this food making process while living in a mud house in the bush with very traditional people. Although the fermentation process appears disgusting I certainly feel the benefits, but educate me family!
