Greetings: November is rushing in like white knights to dark skies. We at Arnold’s Way is going with the flow watching the stars and seeing the trees We wonder what does all this mean We listened to Matt Goodman as he spoke his words of how he beat M.S. in five months after suffering for seven years We listen to Robert as he too beat his so call disease Prostrate cancer .We hear the words of Mary as she too had her story Arnold’s Way is exactly that people come and

share their stories and stories of how they changed their lives by changing their lifestyle. All so simple, all so pure and all so true. We take these stories and begin singing from school to school We begin to share from Nursing home to nursing home We watch we listen we understand.

On Going Events:

 

Third Friday of the month (Oct 15th, 2004) will be a raw food potluck dinner at Arnold's Way. Time 6:00p.m. Bring a raw dish to feed 6 people or pay 10 dollars.
