Guest guest
REZZ YISRAEL: Thank you very much for the resources! EVERYONE: One way to obtain B17 is to eat the seeds of fruits when you eat the fruit (chew them well!). Eat those apple seeds! Crack open the peach seed and eat the kernal! That is where the B17 resides. I was told that you don't eat apple seeds because they have some sort of toxic substance. So it is really OK to eat them? That would make juicing them so much easier! Guest guest
Elise... Apple seed have arsenic in them but not to worry. God wouldn't make a food that will harm you. Eat away! Blessings, Steven Gibb www.rawfriends.com
Guest guest
I was also told that apple seeds contain mild traces of cyanide and should not bee eaten and cored when juicing. A couple of juicing books mention this. Mark

Guest guest
I wasn’t advocating that you Do eat them rather I was saying it mostly likely won’t hurt you. if you’re not wellness challenged or terminal just eat God great food and add some PINES barley or wheat grass as a natural whole food supplement Steven www.rawfriends.com pnparlette [pnparlette] Tuesday, February 15, 2005 4:43 PM RE: URGENT: More Resources For Sustinence! Guest guest
Juicing isn't natural so maybe there is some truth to thins since we're taking the apple out of its natural state blakenson [blakenson] Tuesday, February 15, 2005 4:41 PM Re: URGENT: More Resources For Sustinence! Guest guest
No convincing here. I don't belive every fruit that grows on a tree is for us. we're not the only inhabitants here. Certain fruits like oranges and grapes i enjoy chewing the seeds. It seems to tone down some of the sweetness for me. Mark
Guest guest
True, so long as we are eating what God intended for us to eat. Bay leaves are great, oleander are not. There is much to choose from. Steven [rawfasting] Tuesday, February 15, 2005 4:28 PM RE: URGENT: More Resources For Sustinence! Elise... Apple seed have arsenic in them but not to worry. Guest guest
I just have to say that there are foods that would harm you. There are lots of foods that will kill you dead. For example: Some folks I know were visiting Jamaica, WI they decided to eat Ackee off the tree's. It was not the season for the food to be ripe. One of the people died. Another had their stomach pumped. That 's just one example. In this area if you eat poke salad at the wrong time your history. It would be wise to watch the animals before feasting on foods you know nothing about. Might I even suggest reading Fruits of North America, South America or where ever your travels lead you.
