As promised (on my lunch break now), here's how vitamin B17 / laetrile works (it can be used to prevent cancer by including foods containing vitamin B17 in your diet, and, in concentrated form, as injections of laetrile, to treat cancer.) :

It's true that apricot kernels, peach kernels, etc. contain a form of cyanide (not arsenic, as someone said). BUT HERE'S THE BEAUTY OF IT: Normal cells contain an enzyme called rhodanase, which detoxifies the cyanide. CANCER CELLS DO NOT CONTAIN RHODANASE! So, the cyanide attacks the cancer cells only.

Very simple. Very beautiful.

Much Love,

Helena

Crack them open with a nutcracker if you can't pry them open with your fingers, and just chew the kernel!

I eat apricots and peaches. Question is how do I use the kernel?
