There has been a lot of false information being passed around the

Internet about the Codex Alimentaris and banning supplement use in

the

United States this year.

 

There is absolutely no truth to the rumor that Codex is going to

force

the US to ban supplements this August (or June - both dates are being

bandied about). We have a law called DSHEA which allows for the

freedom of choice of nutritional supplements.

 

The reason I know this is because my brother Alexander Schauss was

involved in the writing of DSHEA and was a member of the FDA

committee

which went to the Codex meetings in 1996.

I'm in Sweden until 19 Feb and have had emails regarding these

Codex

emails forwarded to me. Completely baffling as to exactly who is

behind them. You have probably gathered that we are fully aware of

the

Codex timetable. The key aspect of our involvement is in the risk

management process, and you may have seen the submission we made to

the FAO/WHO nutrient risk assessment project in December 2004. .

 

I am extremely concerned by the errors in the Codex emails and our

only way forward is to distance ourselves from them publicly. By the

time you read this email you will see a statement on the ANH website

which has this effect.

 

I would be extremely grateful if you can send this email - and/or

the

statement below - to companies you believe to have received the

erroneous email.

 

This is a most unfortunate state of affairs and I am sure you will

agree - it not only has the effect of damaging the ANH, it also

damages the health freedom cause more generally.

One thing must be said though, Codex is a threat to the US so we must

I think this person is misinformed so I hope he/she does not mind that I have

forwarded this email to the guy who runs the grassroots organisation called

IAHF - international advocates for health freedoms.

I await his reply.

 

I personally believe after all I have read over the last couple of years

that the big pharmaceuticals are definitely intending to try and take over

the control of all natural health supplements, vitamins and minerals etc. It

is already happening in parts of Europe and when the big pharmas get their

way any vitamin over the recommended daily allowance will be on

prescription only, made of course by the pharmas.

The contradictions in man are a big reason why he can't find

harmony. You can't kill an animal for no righteous reason and expect

peace in other areas of your life. Everything's connected in that

sense, especially mentally. It's just self-destructive ignorance to

kill in one fashion without being bothered by it and expect the rest

of your life to be a peaceful affair. Most people aren't aware of

the connection between eating a hamburger and discontent in other

areas of their lives.

I have received a reply from the guy who runs the IAHF and I have put it below

this quote from the list. He mentions New Zealand to me as that's where I live,

Persian.

Verkerk's statement was made with regards to spin generated through

http://www.snopes.com which addressed an alert on Codex that was circulated

by a guy from Bellingham, Washington named Wallace " Wally " Heath, PhD.

Snopes website attempts to debunk what they call " urban legends " and

they're now calling codex one on a basis of a very simplistic assessment of

the issue strictly on a basis of examining Dr.Heath's information, which

did contain some inaccuracies.

 

Wally Heath is a well meaning retiree who has benign prostate hypertrophy

and who uses saw palmetto extract and other dietary supplements to address

this health problem. He's a very intelligent man, a retired biologist who

is highly dedicated to the cause of health freedom. Unfortunately, his

widely circulated alert contained some inaccuracies which enabled Barbara

Mikkelson at Snopes to jump on it as if it were a slow pitch softball which

she attempted to hit out of the park.

 

While there were some inaccuracies in Heath's message, the GIST of what he

was saying was all too accurate, and there were MANY inaccuracies in

Mikkelson's response to it, a response which many network marketers in

particular seized on because they operate in a group culture where it is

frowned on to disseminate ANY political information (no matter how true it

may be) because it might scare off potential new distributors.

I wish I had known Wallace Heath before he circulated his alert, and I wish

he had run it past me for editorial scrutiny prior to sending it.

 

To his credit, when I got in touch with him after he sent it letting him

know that it contained some inaccuracies, he made two trips to my office to

talk with me at length on the issue which he now understands a lot better

than he did. Yesterday he did a radio show on the issue, and I wish I had a

few thousand more people just like him because he is a man of rare integrity.

 

I just received an email from a friend of mine named Sue Blevins who is

director of the Institute of Health Freedom. Her email is alerting me to a

pending Senate Bill called S.3 Protecting America in the War on Terror Act

of 2005

 

See this section below, it ties in with everything I have been saying about

global harmonization......

 

SEC. 114. INTERNATIONAL HARMONIZATION OF REGULATIONS.

 

The Secretary of Health and Human Services shall provide an annual report

to the appropriate committees of Congress describing the activities

undertaken, progress made, and barriers to the implementation by the

Department of Health and Human Services with respect to the international

harmonization of regulations, including the International Conference on

Harmonization, the Global Harmonization Task Force, and efforts to

establish international standards for data exclusivity.

 

-- The USA has agreed to enter into a constant process of harmonizing its

laws to very restrictive international standards, and this is just one more

example of it. There are no " nations " there are no " countries " . You live in

New Zealand Incorporated, and I live in the USA Incorporated, and right now

we're witnessing a huge push in the direction of a global totalitarian

state. Its not happening suddenly, its happening very gradually, but it IS

happening.

 

Those who are orchestrating this eugenics agenda are boiling the frog

slowly, VERY slowly, so that by the time the frog realizes its being boiled

to death, it won't have the energy to jump out of the pan.

 

Codex is not a " non issue " as Snopes claims, and changes to US law would

not happen instantaneously in July if Codex ratifies the global trade

standard for vitamins and minerals, but ratification would set us up down

the road- and unless we attempt to oppose this agenda every step of the

way, we won't be able to stop it in the end.

 

The EU Dictatorship is the blueprint for a global totalitarian state.

your regional skirmish to block harmonization to Oz, that we all still have

CODEX to contend with.
