Food and Coconut Water Coops in Richmond, Va?

I started to put together two coop's in Richmond both failed for lack of particpation. You can buy young Coconuts at Tan A however they are expensive. I am considering trying it again If I can get eight people .

Okay, thanks for letting me know. I wasn't sure how the COOP worked.

My sister and brother-in-law live in Richmond and want to participate.
