Greetings ers,

I never am able to access the attachments that people send. Is there

a problem with my computer, or do I just not know how to do it, or it

that attachments just don't " travel " well to this sight? Peace

When you click on the attachment (the paperclip icon) and scroll to

the bottom of the message, you should see the attached file in bold

letters and as a .doc or whatever else type of file it is. Click on

" Download " (highlighted in blue), select " Save to disk, " and click on

" ok. " Save it wherever you want to save it on your harddrive on your

computer. Then go to the place where you saved it, double-click the

file and open it. You're done.

Does any of this happen when you try to open it or not? What type of

browser are you using - IE, Netscape or your ISP browser?

Regards - Sonia

Hi Sonia,

Thanks for trying to help me out. I am using IE. Also, I do not

have these emails sent to my email address. I think that maybe your

instructions pertain to emails sent to personal email boxes. I come

to whenever I want to read them. I do not see a paperclip,

only a little box with information referring to the attachment, but

it doesn't respond to any clicking. Is there a way that they can be

opened in the site? Thanks again. Peace

I see what you mean. I went to the Raw Soul group in to view

the attachment of one message and it says that the attachment was not

stored. Let me try to send a message with an attachment as a test to

you and view it from Raw Soul to see if it shows up.

Here's the test attachment.
