In my studies with enzymes and our body's needs, the issue of fat absorption keeps appearing. Often time women with pregnancy and other female problems do not digest the good for you fats ( or any fats) well and/or are not getting enough of the good fats. First you can increase your good fats - avocado, coconuts, olives, flax seeds...., secondly, you can begin to take fat digesting enzymes. General plant based enzymes can often be found at the health food store - you want one with lots of LIPASE to help breakdown fats.
