Guest guest
Two excellent books on this topic include: Improve your Vision Without Glasses or Contact Lenses, by William Beresford et al. (History of human vision & practical hands-on guide) Relearning to See, by Tom Quackenbush (Thorough textbook with charts, graphs, statistics and other scientific data, along with practical methods) Both of these books are readily available on amazon.com. Good luck! Namaste, David blakenson wrote: >Can anyone give the name of a couple of books on eye exersices to improve vision --- " Patriotism means to stand by the country. Through the years I have had a collection of books, etc. on this subject, but one I could easily find is avery good book called Seeing Beyond 20/20. This book is unique in that it not only has exercises, but it talks about nutrition (the author talks about having great vision, and having a relapse in his vision after he ate lemon merangue pie), and the emotions behind great vision...I checked with Amazon.com...The book is available used several in good, great condition for very cheap prices...Ashtarra. blakenson Jul 21, 2005 1:55 AM reparing eyes Can anyone give the name of a couple of books on eye exersices to improve vision !
