Improve your Vision Without Glasses or Contact Lenses, by William Beresford et

al. (History of human vision & practical hands-on guide)

Relearning to See, by Tom Quackenbush (Thorough textbook with charts, graphs,

statistics and other scientific data, along with practical methods)

Hello ....Hi Mark!

 

 

Through the years I have

had a collection of books, etc. on this subject, but one I could

easily find is avery good book called Seeing Beyond 20/20. This book is

unique in that it not only has exercises, but it talks about nutrition (the

author talks about having great vision, and having a relapse in his vision

after he ate lemon merangue pie), and the emotions behind great vision...I

checked with Amazon.com...The book is available used several in good, great

condition for very cheap prices...Ashtarra.
