This was not directed at one of your posts in favour of the use of olive oil (for which I thank you of course) but was in reply to someone else's post. I know you have no doubts about olive oil ;=) You may (or may not *LOL*) recall I inquired about someone's mention of grapeseed oil and the reply came that it was good for necessary omega 3 (actually, I believe it was misspoken, but I did understand what was *meant*) and did *not* have a problem of breaking down if heated to high temps. A website was given for me to check things out. I conceded that the person was concerned with what I, as a shorthand form, called 'over-heating', as you see from my post (below) and, well, said what I said ;=) I was not intending to be contentious, and I don't see that this is worth pursuing further. They eat 80% live food It's founder was once diagnoses with cancer. Which he over came thru juicing , George and Rhonda Malcumus then bought land and began to show folks how to live according to the scripture . They later moved to Shelby North Carolina and opened a cafe. Today they offer ministry courses for $500.00 one weekend in the month. My good friends Jackie and Gideon now work for them several times a year teaching a Gourmet Approach to live food preparation. I have several friends who have taken the classes.
