Here is her note: Greetings Family, I am the owner of Nxt Generation Natural Cleaning and also a member of the Moor Hips Bellydance Tribe, located in the Washington Metropolitan Area. We offer classes at the Marcellus Dance studio in Forestville Md, Coincidently; my king is an owner operator of Diaz trucking an affiliate of Washington Movers located right next door to our dance studio in Forestville Maryland. In an effort to bring assistance to our people, Arthur and I have decided to fill a tractor 48ft trailer with supplies and drive them to New Orleans ourselves, We will begin collecting items on Monday, September 5th thru Friday at 8001 Parston Dr., Forestville, MD 20747 (the trucking warehouse next to dance class) at which time it will be palletized and loaded. Arthur Diaz and I will be leaving for New Orleans on Friday evening, September 9th any support you can offer in this relief would be greatly appreciated, Any Moor Hips DC dance class participants (or folks in the area) lacking transportation feel free to bring your items to DC bellydance class, I can assist with transporting it over to the warehouse. Our new DC bellydance/yoga location is 6906 4th Street, NW (Takoma Park, DC). Many pregnant moms, babies, and children are affected. Since this is a long road trip, we are asking for non perishable items (water, food, and hygiene items). For questions feel free to call 301-529-7878.
