I love Victoria Boutenko's new book: Green for Life. It has information I

haven't seen before

By the way, I'm thinking of having a post-21-day-raw-challenge potluck on

Thursday. The program ends Wednesday, and I actually fear for myself a

wholesale backslide. (I've loved going from overweight to " normal " weight

in the past 3 weeks. And I'd love to keep getting healthier.)

I realize Christmas/Hanukkah/Kwanzaa season is upon us, but if anyone

would like to share a raw meal on Thursday, let me know.

Hello, Margie,

I'd probably join your potluck if it was on a weekend, but a weeknight won't work for me. Like I said earlier, I would've planned my potluck for Xmas Eve if 3 others with families hadn't told me they spend that night with their own families. A holiday raw vegan potluck would be sweet on weekends.

I'm finding myself really craving cooked food. I'm also hungry... I just

made a " raw quiche " from the Rawsome book... still hungry...

Well, I made it through 21 days. Will go to 22 for tomorrow's raw feast.

I loved losing 7 pounds. I mean, really loved it, and I'd love to lose a

dozen more, so I should accept. But tonight I passed up a fruit tart, some

cooked thingies with pecans inside, some chili with bread, a tomatatillo

dip with chips, some chocolate morsels with nuts, and I was craving all of

it.

Anyhow, I love raw cuisine, but the 100% approach remains very

challenging.

I'll be happy to participate, but can't promise I can do it 100%...

BTW, I still love Victoria Boutenko's book (worth mentioning, considering

the subject line...)

Margie,

W/ no car, it's difficult 4 me 2 get around these days, but I would

like 2 participate in another 1 of your raw potlucks. I really

enjoyed the 1st 1 I attended. Hopefully, last night's went well, & I

am able 2 attend the next 1 you schedule.

Wouldn't it be great to have a zipcar.com in Baltimore?
