Guest guest
Okay, so yesterday was a bad day, and I'm 3 pounds the lighter for it. Doctors book of Home Remedies explicitly recommends against eating peaches or prunes (dried plums), but peaches and plums are precisely what I'm craving. I've made a banana strawberry celery water smoothie this morning, but feel like I have a long way to go. What else should I do to replenish today? Sports drinks? Maybe apple-celery juice? are plums okay, or to be avoided at all cost? Guest guest
If you have diarrhea you need water. It is the same with constipation. Guest guest
Plums have something in them that create bowel movements....I wouldn't eat them if I was having diarrhea. Drinking as much young coconut water as you can stand would be a GREAT choice. It's nature's electrolife. Also making mineral broth would be good. Mineral Broth Recipe: Put the following in a non aluminum pan: 4 potatos (I usually use red) 2 carrots roughly chopped 2 - 3 spears celery roughly chopped couple handfuls greens (I ususally use Kale and Parsley) Add onion, garlic, celtic sea salt, lemon juice, cayenne to taste Fill distilled or filtered water to the top of veggies in pan. Simmer for 30 minutes. Broth should be warm to touch, but not hot. Strain the veggies, throw away or use for non-raw family members, and drink the broth. Broth should last for 2 to 3 days in the fridge. Avoid re-heating it.Margie Roswell <mroswell wrote: Okay, so yesterday was a bad day, and I'm 3 pounds the lighter for it.Doctors book of Home Remedies explicitly recommends against eating peachesor prunes (dried plums), but peaches and plums are precisely what I'mcraving.I've made a banana strawberry celery water smoothie this morning, but feel like I have a long way to go.What else should I do to replenish today?Sports drinks?
