suggested diet for spider veins/reflexologist

I have horrible spider veins all over my legs - from ankles to thighs.

Partly, herreditary. Any diet suggestions for repairing and preventing

future veins? I am about 25 pounds overweight, no children. I know

loosing weight will help...

 

Also - looking for an AMAZING certified reflexologist in the PG County

area.
