I would like to try my seven-year-old son on it for his ADHD. What does it taste like? Is it better to buy the berries to make your own juice? I have soaked them in water to get the seed to grow my own and drank the liquid it produced. It is very very strong berry. The diluted version is much more safer when you are drinking a lot. It is recommend to not eat more than 40 berries per day. I bear witness to this when I ate strong handful and got a headace later.
