Greetings Members,

In order to assist a friend of mine I'd like to ask if anyone has any suggestions for reducing "inflammation" in the body in places such as the rist, near the toes and joints, naturally?

Thanks

Hi Elaine,

I sent you info on Xango, (to your personal mail box), .....the science, for you to take a look at. I also understand that sugar in any form can increase inflammation.

Hi Elaine,

I recently followed up on a message that someone posted wherein a

Dr. Berg spoke about potassium. I went to his free seminar. He

gave out some good information about inflammation and other

ailments. You might want to check him out. His website is

DrBerg.com. Peace

Comfrey will reduce inflammation. Use a large comfrey leaf Dampen the leaf rub it together and than place on the wrist or ankle. Leave on for several minutes ., It will itch after several minutes . You will see results by the nest day
