Guest guest
Hi Elaine, I recently followed up on a message that someone posted wherein a Dr. Berg spoke about potassium. I went to his free seminar. He gave out some good information about inflammation and other ailments. You might want to check him out. His website is DrBerg.com. Peace , " E. Guest guest
Comfrey will reduce inflammation. Use a large comfrey leaf Dampen the leaf rub it together and than place on the wrist or ankle. Leave on for several minutes ., It will itch after several minutes . You will see results by the nest day Lynda Carter CNC www.aliveandraw.com
