(Lots of people, apparently.)That's why Sistah Saute, also known as Cheryl Kerr, set out to provethese anti-vegetarianism rumours wrong with her new cooking show.Soul Food with Sistah Saute airs every Thursday evening at 8:30 on ATVchannel 80 (digital cable) and re-runs at various times throughout theweek."I've always had a passion for vegetarian cooking," said Ms Kerr, aBermudian who was raised as a vegetarian."I wanted to help other people understand it because there are a lotof misconceptions out there about being vegetarian."Soul Food with Sistah Saute gets its name from Ms Kerr's belief thatfeeding the body properly also gives you a healthy mind and soul.
