Guest guest
Allisa of Live Food, was one of three coaches, with e teams of two women, on what Tyra Banks called "the war of the diets". Not the best show to teach about raw foods but it's a start I suppose. I watched because it was the first time I had seen anyone with raw food on a tv show. The one lady on Allisa's team lost the mos, 39 pounds, but because her team mate only lost 10 pounds they were not the winning team. She actually got two women who worked in a resturant and the one that lost the 39 was a groumet chef. When I heard that, I thought, oh wow, she got the toughest ones. As it tuned out 2 others were not motivated on another team. The lady that lost the 39 pounds with Allisa, the gourmet chef said, she never felt better in her life and had tons of energy! AND she was giving up her job to work with Allisa in her new resturan that she is opening up north of Boston! Now THAT'S a win! I think you can still catch it tonight if you have cable, not sure. Even though yes weight loss isn't the only goal I do think it is the main reason most people look at other ways of eating so I am thrilled Allisa was on the show! And 39 pounds is awesome! How long were they following the plan? Joyloulin wrote: Allisa of Live Food, was one of three coaches, with e teams of two women, on what Tyra Banks called " the war of the diets " . Why doesn't anybody ever open anything west of Boston? David King
